Son of Borno Billionaire, Ibrahim Indimi was at CAN Centre and Dalori IDP_Camps to graciously offer humanitarian assistance to some vulnerable IDPs, he was accompanied by Grema Terab, Abba Sec Maina Yusuf Galtimari and Babagana Abatcha. The visit just comes after his brother Ahmed's wedding to Zahra Buhari over the weekend. Ibrahim_Indimi, who stated that, he has been concerned by the plight of his IDP brothers and Sisters, distributed Blankets, Sweaters and Cash to a good number of IDPs out of the little from his pocket. Grema_Terab commended Ibrahim Indimi for his timely and laudable efforts. He further seized the opportunity to call on other sons and daughters of Borno to emulate Ibrahim Indimi and to lend their voice to the IDPs in order to ensure the desired attention towards them. The IDPs expressed their gratitude for the kind gesture and collectively prayed for the peace and prosperity of Borno.

Protests against Buhari builds up

Tension in Enugu state as members of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) -have embarked on a protest on Thursday. The group said the protest is in agitation of President Muhammadu Buhari’s visit to the region today. President Buhari is set to visit Enugu for an economic and security summit alongside former president Olusegun Obasanjo.T

The International Human Rights Day is commemorated on 10th December every year across the world. It is a day set aside by the United Nations (UN) to celebrate the observance of human rights as enshrined in different Articles and Charters of the UN. The day beams the global searchlight on countries that are signatories to the UN Charters but disregard the basic tenets of human rights. The theme of this year’s event is: “Stand Up For Someone’s Rights Today”. In Nigeria, lawyers, activists and other critical stakeholders marked the day with rallies and speeches. The concept of human rights is rooted in the adherence to the rule of law and obedience of court orders. Abuja – The wife of the President, Mrs Aisha Buhari, has expressed profound gratitude to friends and well wishers who joined her in prayer during and after the wedding of her daughter, Zahra Muhammadu Buhari. Wike : Nigeria Police invite foreign forensic experts to examine Video

The Nigeria Police will hire foreign forensic experts to investigate the leaked audio where Rivers Governor Nyesom Wike was heard threatening to kill uncooperative electoral officials. The audio was released days after the Rivers re-run election that was marred by violence leading to the death of at least two police officers. On Wednesday, the Inspector-General of Police, Ibrahim Idris, confirmed that the forensic investigators would be invited. He said that forensic experts from outside the county would assist a panel to analyse the audio recordings. Mr. Idris said the panel to investigate incidents in Rivers elections would be inaugurated on Thursday. He said the police would legally deal with any of its officials involved in election fraud in Rivers. The Rivers Government has already set up its own commission to investigate the violence that marred the elections while the PDP has rejected the police investigation and asked President Muhammadu Buhari to set up an indepen
